Refund Policy
Product: AuctionMarketTheory (NQ Edition) Provider: AuctionMarketTheoryIndicator Effective date: 31 August 2026 Last updated: 31 August 2026
0. Summary
- 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Ask within 30 days and you get your money back.
- Paddle handles the refund, because Paddle is our merchant of record.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past ones.
- Your statutory rights (EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal, UK, and others) apply on top of this policy, never instead of it.
- Refunded licences are deactivated.
1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
If the Product is not for you, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not have to give a reason.
This applies to:
- your first Monthly subscription payment;
- your first Annual subscription payment.
Only these two plans are offered; there is no perpetual ("Lifetime") plan.
2. How to request a refund
Because Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles returns, refunds are processed by Paddle, not by us directly. You have two routes, and both work:
Route 1 — Paddle directly (fastest). Go to https://paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout and the last four digits of your card. You will find your order there, and you can request a refund or contact Paddle's Order Support team from that page. Paddle's own guidance is that buyers "can get help with your subscription as well as request a refund via our Order Support team on paddle.net".
Route 2 — Contact us first. Email us at support@amtindicator.com with your order number or purchase email. If the problem is technical, we would genuinely rather fix it than lose you — but if you want the refund, we will approve it with Paddle and it will be processed.
What you will need: the email address used at checkout, and your Paddle order or transaction ID (it is on your receipt email).
Timing. Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible, and states that this happens within 14 days of approval of the request. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit.
3. Your statutory rights (they come on top of the above)
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
European Union and EEA
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 9(1)).
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium — which is what this Product is — that right is lost if performance has begun "with the consumer's prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal" (Article 16(m); as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161, the trader must also have provided confirmation of the contract). Because the Product is delivered immediately after purchase, Paddle's checkout asks for exactly that consent and acknowledgement.
In practice this does not disadvantage you here: our 30-day guarantee in §1 is longer and less conditional than the 14-day statutory window, and we honour it whether or not you consented to immediate delivery.
United Kingdom
UK consumers have equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The same point applies: our 30-day guarantee is the more generous of the two, and we apply it.
Other countries
Paddle applies local statutory withdrawal periods where they exist, and its published policy identifies shorter statutory windows in some countries (for example 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada, and 5 days in Singapore). Where your local law gives you a right that is stronger than this policy, your local law wins.
4. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation
- Cancelling stops future charges. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or via https://paddle.net. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancellation is not a refund. Cancelling on day 20 of a paid month does not refund that month; it stops the next one.
- Renewal payments. After the first payment, renewals are generally not refundable, because by then you have used the Product for a full billing period and you were free to cancel before the renewal date. Paddle's policy takes the same position. If a renewal caught you by surprise — you had forgotten, you had not used the Product, and you contact us promptly — contact us anyway: we will look at it, and in practice we will usually make it right.
- Reminders. Renewal notices are sent by Paddle where the law of your country requires them. You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase email, without contacting us.
5. Free trial
The free trial lasts 7 days and is run by Paddle. A valid payment method is taken when you sign up, but you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the first payment is taken automatically — and from that moment the 30-day guarantee in §1 applies to that payment.
You can cancel at any point during the trial, including immediately after signing up, and you keep access until the trial's last day.
Because a card is taken up front, the pricing section of the site states this before checkout, in plain words, next to the buy buttons — not in the fine print.
6. When we may decline a refund
We and Paddle may decline a refund request where:
- the request is made after the 30-day window and no statutory right applies;
- the request relates to a subscription renewal rather than a first payment (see §4);
- there is evidence of abuse — for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles, refunds requested across multiple accounts or cards, or a refund requested after the licence key has been shared, published or resold;
- there is evidence of an attempt to circumvent the licence check, crack, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Product (see §8 of the Terms of Service);
- the purchase was made fraudulently, or with a stolen payment instrument.
Paddle reviews every request on a case-by-case basis and may approve a refund in full, approve a partial refund, or decline it.
7. What happens to your licence after a refund
A refunded licence is deactivated. When a refund is issued, your licence key is revoked, the Product will stop validating, and you must delete all copies of the Product and its documentation from every device. Continuing to use the Product after a refund is a breach of the Terms of Service and an unlicensed use of our software.
The same applies if you initiate a chargeback (see §8).
8. Chargebacks
If you have a problem, please contact us or Paddle first. A chargeback is slower for you than a refund request, and it results in immediate and automatic revocation of your licence key.
We reserve the right to decline future sales to any customer who initiates a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter.
9. Payments in cryptocurrency
We do not accept cryptocurrency payments. Paddle is our only payment channel, so every purchase is covered by the refund process described above.
10. Price changes and promotions
Refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid, including any discount or affiliate coupon applied at checkout. Promotional or founding-price purchases are refundable on the same terms as any other purchase; however, if you buy again later, the price will be the one then in effect.
